Our Team

Lyle Meena is currently acting in the capacity of the Executive Director for Thomas’ Circle of Care Inc. He has been in this role since March 2022, prior to that he was the Director of Finance for the organization. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant and brings many years of experience to the position. Prior to joining the organization, Lyle spent a significant portion of his career in senior management level positions in the pipeline industry where he had direct responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of pipelines in western and eastern Canada.

Since May 2016, Melanie Baer has been an employee with Thomas’ Circle of Care. Melanie grew up in a farming community near Goodeve, Saskatchewan. Melanie attended the University of Regina where she received her Bachelor of Arts in 2009 and Bachelor of Social Work in 2019.
Melanie came to TCOC from the Ministry of Social Services where she worked as a Child Care Worker. Since beginning her career with TCOC, Melanie has worked in various positions including Outreach Coordinator, Policy Developer, and Home Manager. Melanie is currently the Director of Child Care Services; a role she has held since 2018.
Melanie is passionate for being a voice of change, with a drive to make a difference.

Jason Sherwin joined Thomas Circle of Care Inc. as the Director of Finance in September 2023. Jason has held a professional accounting designation for over 25 years and has occupied senior financial management positions in government, investment, and charitable sectors. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife and dog and is an avid golfer and reader.

Dhiraj Sethi joined Thomas Circle of Care Inc. as the Director of Human Resources in February 2023. Dhiraj has over 2 decades of experience in Human Resources and has held senior human resource positions in the past. Dhiraj is a certified Chartered Professional Human resource, Project Management Professional, and a registered social worker in the province of Saskatchewan. He has completed his Master’s in Physics and in Social Work. Dhiraj also sits on the board of East Central Newcomer Welcome Centre – Yorkton, SK. Dhiraj is passionate about doing long-distance running and listening to music.
