History

Thomas’ Circle of Care Inc. is a non-profit organization that was incorporated in May of 2012. It opened its first home in May 2013. The organization expanded very quickly thereafter in partnership with the Ministry of Social Services due to the high demand for child support services (age range 0 – 11 years) in southern Saskatchewan. Currently, we operate 17 homes: 13 in Regina, 3 in Saskatoon, and 1 in Moose Jaw. The number of children in care is normally between 70 and 90 at any given time. The overall objective of the organization is to ensure children experience a home-like environment where they feel safe, cared for and loved while working towards re-unification with their immediate family.

Additional services the organization provides include in-home support services for families that face unique challenges with everyday activities; visitation opportunities for families looking to reunify and support services to youth that are at considerable risk in the community.
